Tony Chen | Chairman, CEO and Founder

Tony Chen has spent more than 17 years in senior management positions in multinational technology companies, including Motorola, Asian Info and Philips. Tony drew on his management expertise and overall vision to form UIT. He holds a Masters in Economics from Nankai University and a Masters in International Business from Carleton University.


Eric Lam | Vice President and Co-Founder

Eric Lam has more than 22 years of sales and management experience in IT industry. He has worked at IBM, Kodak, AT&T and Lucent. He holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering from Northumbria University.


Bill Bao | Vice President of Business Development

From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Bao served as Software Architect at iQstor and has 2 US patents pending. He is a 17 years veteran of the data storage industry and has in-depth knowledge of data storage system software and hardware design. Bill received his BS in Computer Science from Fudan University in 1985 and his Masters in Computer Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1988. He also spent several years in academia researching parallel processing and file systems.


Wilson Liu | Chief Technical Officer

Wilson Liu, has more than 10 years experience in system software R&D and team management, particularly in scale-out distributed file system. Prior to join UIT, as senior member of development team at Google,  Wilson was one of core developers for building large scale storage system that powers Google's core businesses, such as AdWords.  Before Google, Wilson was one of major contributors to Reconnex's world-leading data loss prevention products; that led to successful acquisition by McAfee.  Wilson holds a Master degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

William Chan | Vice President of Asia Operation and Co-Founder

William Chan has over 21 years of experience in IT industry sales, marketing and management. He has worked at Robert Bosch GmbH, Philips (Hong Kong) Ltd, Philips Consumer Communications and NEC. He received an MBA from Durham University's Business School and also holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Northumbria. He is a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Wang Jiu Ning | VP of China Sales

Wang Jiu Ning has more than 12 years of management experience in IT industry sales, and business development. He served as the key role in Fortinet,  Storagetek (Shanghai), AT&T (Shanghai), and Alcatel Shanghai Bell. He holds a Bachelor degree from Nanjing University of  Posts and Telecommunications, major in Computer Communication.

Lin De Feng | VP of Sales & Public Relation and Co-Founder

Lin De Feng has more than 30 years of experience in Electronics/IT industry sales, marketing, and management. Mr Lin served his key senior management role in company development and join venture activities of Shenzhen SED Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. He received an Bachelor degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in Electronics Engineering.
